Request extra towels in advance. they can be slow to respond, especially during busy times.

The check-in process was highly frustrating. I had booked a deluxe ocean view room well in advance, and upon arrival, they gave me a room that barely had a view. Additionally, noise from the lobby's air conditioning was unbearable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the TV didn’t work, and I had to fix the bathtub drain myself.

Spectacular sea views, well-equipped kitchen, spacious living area
The outdated coffee maker, loud garbage disposal, and overpriced, mediocre restaurant left a sour taste. Overall, it felt less like a retreat and more like a cash grab with unclear charges at check-out!!!

Stunning ocean views and a peaceful retreat
The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking ocean view from my balcony—it truly felt like I was on a cruise ship! The room was well-equipped with a kitchen, which made it easy to prepare light meals and snacks. The infinity pool offered a panoramic view and was perfect for relaxing. However, the restaurant prices were a bit steep, and the food could be improved to match the stunning surroundings.

The amazing views from our Premier ocean view one-bedroom villa were a highlight, making sunrise and sunset moments truly memorable. The beach was beautiful and clear, though getting down to it required a steep descent that can be challenging. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing, providing a great escape, but the front desk staff was less attentive, notably causing issues with disputed charges at checkout.

Amazing Views, Not So Amazing Service
Stunning ocean views from the infinity pools! Sunrise and sunsets were breathtaking. A bit of a letdown was the service at the restaurant. The staff seemed to ignore us a few times, which was frustrating. However, the poolside snack bar had some tasty bites. Oh, and the beach access was cool, right down that spiral staircase!

The views from the property were truly breathtaking, especially watching the sunrise and sunset. The infinity pools were peaceful, and I often had them to myself, which made for a very relaxing experience. However, the room itself could use some updates. while it was clean, it felt outdated and had some maintenance issues like a non-functioning phone and poor kitchen equipment. Overall, a great location for those wanting to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The view from our deluxe ocean view villa was just stunning, and we really enjoyed chilling by the infinity pool and unwinding in the hot tub. It's a perfect spot to relax, though the restaurant prices were on the higher side, so keep that in mind. Overall, it’s worth a stay if you’re looking for peace and gorgeous scenery! 🌊
